Single Leg Extension
Push up and Side plank (girly pushups.. I can’t do pushups lol)
Push up and Side Plank
Sideways leg lift
Arm and leg lift
Downwards Facing Dog
But then I made this horribly tasty cheesey noodley casserole concoction that my bf likes for dinner. SO I had to do some cardio! I stepped for an hour and did just under 7000 steps. I also did some jack knife crunches.
I really like the stepping because its an easy way to get my cardio in, but it still makes me sweat. I add weights to workout my arms and add some resistance!
I will still do my actual weight training between 3-5 times a week, and do my short sprints. But now I think I will step for an hour every evening as well, while watching tv. Way better then just sitting there!
