Lets try this again

I stopped posting, and when I stopped posting I stopped feeling as inspired to workout! I got a new job, a new bf, a promotion and moved! I am starting again. I’m so busy, but I know I can do it! If I have time to go out with friends, or watch a movie I have time to work on my health.

So awhile ago I cut off all my hair into a bob and dyed it black.. I totally regret it lol
It is going to take so long to get back to where it was!!!

PS. I hate my nose tons, and this picture is weird. I don’t photograph well lol

I think I am feeling better today

+ done my period wooohooooo

I woke up this morning and weighed myself and was 152.4, before my period I was a solid 154 and during my period I was like 157 :(

I will probably go back to 154 because my body likes to piss me off but we will see.

I have to go see someone about a job today, and I am going to walk back after for the cardio, probly about a 45 minute walk.

Then I will do the 30 day shred. I am so happy that I can finally work out again!

I have a interview at a hot yoga studio tomorrow

I could feel my body getting bored of my workout

so i started the 30 day shred today.

I did a half hour of stepping then the shred.
I have done the shred a little bit before but have never finished it.
I will say that it felt easier then before. I didn’t have to stop this time, except during pushups.. because I can’t do more then 10 pushups without dying. But atleast I am trying hopefully soon I will be able to do the full minute!

After the 30 day shred I think I will do the 6 week 6 pack, or another one of her videos.

I think I will also do yoga a few times a week.

So the last 2 days haven’t been the best

My boyfriend has stomach flu , so he has been surviving on chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese and pudding.

I wasn’t feeling well yesterday or today either, so yesterday I ate HORRIBLY! Today I had a grilled cheese too (ugh) but everything else was reasonably healthy. Wasn’t super hungry today, I hope I am not getting his stomach flu, my dad has it too.

I didn’t workout at all yesterday, but today I made sure to do at least 30 minutes of stepping, so i didn’t completely fall out of wack and screw everything up. I am sure by Monday at the latest I will be back to my more hardcore workouts, I will atleast go for a run or do stepping tomorrow and sunday.

I am trying really hard to get a job at a gym right now

I know I am a makeup artist and all, but I have become really interested in fitness and nutrition as of late. + Free lancing isnt the most steady thing.

It would be awesome If I could work at a gym, free membership for one, and for 2 I could learn way more!
