13 pounds till amazing!

I wish I was seeing faster results

I know I don’t have that much weight to lose but I have been working at this for like 6 weeks now, and I haven’t really lost that much weight. I am looking leaner and my stomach is getting flatter, but still.
I am so jealous of people who lose 10 pounds the first month, even if it is water weight.

Jillian Micheals 30 day shred level 2

WHAT THE HELL?! No one told me you had to be a seriously balanced individual to do level 2.

I fell like every 10 seconds lol.

I really like those plank ab things though.

What did you all think of the 30 day shred level 2?

I spend every morning talking myself into working out

Luckily I am a smoooooooth talker. Off to start level 2 of jillian micheals 30 day shred. I hope I can do it! I still suck at pushups and there are walking pushups in this level :(

I’ve been doing tons of strength training lately

so I am no longer losing weight infact I put a few pounds on.. but my stomach is starting to look flat sort of.. and my arms are looking real toned

No matter how long I diet/eat healthy I can’t bring myself to eat cottage cheese or grapefruit.
