My workout today was great! Me and my guy are on a break, we are supposed to be taking a week apart so we can think about things and talk on tuesday and see what we want to do. However I saw him monday, and we worked out together today! HE helped me so much, and really made me push myself and showed me how to do some exercises I wouldn’t normally do!

Me and my bf broke up yesterday. But instead of moping around, I ate super clean and went to the gym and worked off some stress! go me haha
My roommate had some people over last night
and I was fighting with the bf, so of course I partook and drank a little to much. Now I’m in bed, and I need to go for a run, and I need to grocery shop, and I need to make this delicious looking homemade healthy tomato soup I want to try, but I am very tired, and sick on top of it all!
Today is not good for my calorie intake! I’m a makeup artist as well, and when my company does it’s lookbooks i do the makeup. Starting at 6:30 am and there was kraft service, so much sandwiches and wraps. Could have been worse, I did stick to smoked salmon sandwiches etc

Daily food/exercise Diary
I have to stop eating ramen! It`s so easy but has soo much sodium! I also MUST MUST MUST Drink more water every day, I honestly never drink water that is a problem! No more ramen (once payday comes as I have to do shopping) No More pop/ carbonated drinks (except cascade ice every once in awhile, because its a treat!) I am going to stop eating so much dairy and gluten I think. I am not allergic to...

Lets try this again
I stopped posting, and when I stopped posting I stopped feeling as inspired to workout! I got a new job, a new bf, a promotion and moved! I am starting again. I’m so busy, but I know I can do it! If I have time to go out with friends, or watch a movie I have time to work on my health.
