Hi! I’m Chelsea, I am a 22y/ old Business women from Vancouver BC. In the last 2 years I have become busy and have let my health fall by the wayside. I have been eating out far too much, and haven’t been working out at all.
So my goal from now on is to get in shape, and stay in shape! Eat healthier, and workout at least 5 days a week, get back into the shape I used to be in!
